КРУПНАЯ ТОРГОВАЯ КОМПАНИЯ в связи с развитием бизнеса с целью долгосрочного, стабильного и продуктивного сотрудничества ищет высококвалифицированного специалиста на должность Территориального менеджера, способного обеспечить качественное управление и успех компании на рынке (увеличение и удержание доли рынка) и имеющего опыт организации/руководства прибыльного подразделения/компании.

Опыт работы: в розничной торговле не менее 5-ти лет, на руководящей должности не менее 3-х лет

Функциональные обязанности:
1. Руководство деятельностью департамента. Заключение агентских договоров и договоров о сотрудничестве (франчайзинг) на стандартных условиях. Увольнение и замена партнера на объекте.
2. Планирование и контроль выполнения планов по отдельным объектам, видам деятельности. Организация бесперебойной работы объектов.
3. Контроль и поддержка технического состояния объектов.
4. Осуществление анализа информации о состоянии регионального рынка и перспективах его развития, о деятельности партнеров и конкурентов.
5. Открытие новых объектов и создание необходимых условий для их продуктивного функционирования.
